Do You Offer Payment Plans?

We offer multiple different payment options to purchase your new furniture. We currently offer financing through Synchrony. They offer a 12 month interest free financing - with no fees, or higher month payment plans, with some fees included. You must be approved through them, and pay 20% down. For additional details on financing options, please visit our financing page.

If you do not want to finance your order but also do not want to pay the entire balance when you order you can also pay 1/2 down and the balance when it is ready to be delivered. It must be paid in full before we can deliver, and we need you to call us at 1-866-316-3405 so we can help you set up this option.

What are Leather Grades?

First, all of our furniture starts with 100% top or full grain leather. The Grade is determined by a few different factors. Grading high end, top and full grain leather grading is comparable to how diamonds are graded. With diamonds, the color, clarity, and cut - determine the quality and the price of the jewel, right? Well it’s the same thing with leather. A grade 6 leather - is a higher quality hide, they cut around more natural imperfections, and they heat and dye it longer, for a more luxurious look and feel. The cost of lower grades may be less, but that doesn't mean that a grade 1 leather is bad quality (much like diamonds are still very valuable), since it is still a full grain leather. If my furniture is 100% leather, why is there fabric on the bottom of my cushions?

Great question! If there was leather on all sides, the air inside would not escape properly - making it sit similarly to sitting on a balloon. Secondly, due to leather being a material with minimal frictional resistance, if the bottom of your cushion was also leather, every time you sat down it would slip - and you would end up wedged between the back cushion and the seat cushion. :) Furniture manufacturers see this issue - and have learned that a fabric backing is the best solution to make your piece the most comfortable - long lasting piece it can be.

 

How long does it take for my furniture to arrive once I place my order?

That question depends on the manufacturer. Most of the furniture listed on our website is custom - so we do not start building it until we have a style and a leather picked out just for you. From the time we order it to the time we get it in your home you’re looking at approximately 8 to 12 weeks for all manufacturers except Natuzzi Editions and IMG - which are approximately 12- 16 weeks. If the furniture is noted as a quick ship or single style (non-customizable) item, the product page will specify a shipping estimate.

 

Can a furniture set be broken up or additional pieces added on?

Is there sales tax?

Unless your furniture is being shipped to Texas, there is no sales tax. Texas deliveries do have to pay 8.25% sales tax on the entire order.

 

Will this fit through my door?

If your door is 35” or wider, absolutely! We ship all of our furniture without the feet for this very reason. If your door is less than 35” wide, call us @ 1-866-316-3405 and we can help come up with a plan to get it in your home.

 

Will the furniture be delivered to my home or to a distribution center?

The furniture will be shipped directly to your home.

 

How can you afford to beat any price on such high quality furniture?

Great question - since we sell so much furniture, we get huge discounts from the manufacturers which we then pass on to you. Almost all of our furniture is made to order - so it is not started until you place your order. This allows us to cut inventory costs and these savings we of course pass on to you.

Is the price so low because the furniture is damaged or something is wrong with it?

Absolutely not! All of our furniture is custom, and built just for you - meaning it is defect free and within the manufacturer's warranty. Call us, and we’ll explain further, 1-866-316-3405.

 

Is White Glove Delivery available?

ABSOLUTELY! For $249, we can upgrade you to our deluxe White Glove service. With White Glove, they will bring it into the room of your choice- upstairs or down- set it all up for you and haul away all of the packaging.

 

What happens if something is damaged during shipping or delivery?

While it is extremely rare, we understand stuff happens, and all of our online customer service works exactly the same as it does if you bought locally. When you receive your piece we ask that you do three things : inspect, inspect, inspect. Check over your piece to be sure it is perfect, and if not, notate such on the delivery receipt before the delivery team leaves. All of our delivery partners are bonded and insured and will cover you against any damage that occurs during freight.

What happens if I want to cancel my order or return my furniture?

This is a special order being made to your specifications and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are at the discretion of LeatherFurniture.com and, if accepted, will be charged 50% of the total invoice. Refusal to accept delivery equates to a cancellation.

We can not guarantee exact delivery dates. In the rare event that we do promise a delivery date, it will be noted on your invoice from us. If you do not have an invoice with a typed delivery date, you do not have a guaranteed delivery date and cancellations will be subject to the above terms.

LeatherFurniture.com shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, accidents, strikes, fires, or any other causes beyond our control.

 

Will the leather color I see on the website be the exact same as what I receive?

Leather is a product of Nature, each hide has unique markings and a character all its own due to variants in shade and grain patterns. No two hides are alike, distinctive marks such as natural wrinkles, abrasions, healed scars, barbed wire nicks, stretch marks, bug bites and urine burns, are acquired through the life of the animal which distinguish leather from any other piece in existence, and you have upholstery that isn’t “perfect", but is uniquely yours and absolutely gorgeous.

We are of course happy to send free samples of leather for the set you are interested in. Samples are for color purposes only and may not be representative for textures or thickness - however dye lots vary - so the hide you receive may be a few shades lighter or darker.
