This covers the frame and spring system materials against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary residential use. Lifetime is defined by the life of the original upholstery covering. Recovering the frame voids all warranties. This lifetime limited warranty does not apply to any product intentionally misused; or damage resulting from negligence, exposure, rental or commercial use, or other unreasonable uses. Also the lifetime limited warranty does not cover damage or failures due to the application of any chemical treatment, improper cleaning, or when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.

Eleanor Rigby Leather Quality Assurance Warranty Leather - Limited 5-Year Warranty: Only top quality covering materials are used with Eleanor Rigby products. Leather covers are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for ONE year from the original date of purchase. This includes stitching and seam failure. This warranty does not include color fading, stretching, or dye lot issues. Leather is a natural product and therefore no two pieces of leather are the same. Leather has natural wrinkles, marks, and scars. Variations in color and texture are genuine and natural features of leather and are not defects.
